Qingdao Tianheyuan Metal Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer of various high-quality precision castings made of stainless steel, carbon steel, low alloy steel, and other materials. The company, formerly known as Qingdao Bonded Zone Tianhe Precision Casting Co., Ltd., was established in 2001 and has nearly 20 years of professional casting experience. Qingdao Tianheyuan Metal Co., Ltd. is located in the Jiaozhou Economic and Technological Development Zone of Qingdao. It is east of the high-speed rail hub; south of the Qingdao Pilot Free Trade Zone, Qianwan Port terminal, and Dongjiakou terminal; and north of Jiaodong International Airport and the logistics park, approximately 32 kilometers from Jiaodong International Airport. Railway transportation centers are all within a radius of 60 kilometers. The factory covers an area of 43 mu (approximately 2.87 hectares), with a total construction area of 22,927 square meters. Phase one, with a construction area of 15,239 square meters, mainly houses the casting production and processing lines, and officially went into operation in March 2020. The company has produced more than 1,000 varieties and specifications of castings, using more than 80 types of materials, and adopts national standards (GB), American standards (ASTM, AISI), German standards (DIN), Japanese standards (JIS), and British standards (BS). Production can be based on drawings or samples, with small machining allowances, short production cycles, high efficiency, and the ability to meet customer requirements for different product quality grades.
