　　Qingdao Tianheyuan Metal Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer of various high-quality precision castings made of stainless steel, carbon steel, low alloy steel, and other materials. The company, formerly known as Qingdao Bonded Zone Tianhe Precision Casting Co., Ltd., was established in 2001 and has nearly 20 years of professional casting experience.

　　Qingdao Tianheyuan Metal Co., Ltd. is located in the Jiaozhou Economic and Technological Development Zone of Qingdao. It is east of the high-speed rail hub; south of the Qingdao Pilot Free Trade Zone, Qianwan Port terminal, and Dongjiakou terminal; and north of Jiaodong International Airport and the logistics park, approximately 32 kilometers from Jiaodong International Airport. Railway transportation centers are all within a 60-kilometer radius. The factory covers an area of 43 mu (approximately 2.87 hectares), with a total construction area of 22,927 square meters. Phase one, with a construction area of 15,239 square meters, mainly houses the casting production and processing lines, and officially went into production in March 2020. Phase two, with a construction area of 7,688 square meters, is for assembly and deep processing lines, and was completed over the following two years.

The company uses internationally advanced precision casting technology—the silicon sol-gel investment casting process—and is one of the largest-scale professional investment casting manufacturers in China. Currently, annual production of castings exceeds 800 tons, with a capacity of 1,500 tons. Qingdao Tianheyuan has independent mold development, processing, and surface treatment capabilities. The company has currently produced more than 1,000 varieties and specifications and more than 80 types of materials. The material standards used include national standards GB; American standards ASTM, AISI; German standards DIN; Japanese standards JIS; and British standards BS. Production can be based on drawings or samples, with low machining allowance, short production cycles, and high efficiency, meeting customer requirements for different product quality grades.
